How to Stake ATLAS

Each ATLAS stake is an independent on-chain position. Its age determines protocol reward eligibility and the burn applied if you later unstake.

Steps

1. Open the Staking page and connect a compatible Cardano wallet.
2. Select the Stake tab.
3. Enter the ATLAS amount you want to stake.
4. Review the transaction and current staking terms.
5. Sign the staking transaction in your wallet.
6. Wait for the position to appear in your staking list after confirmation and indexing.

After Staking

The stake begins aging from its recorded start time. Mainnet protocol reward eligibility changes after the maturation threshold, while the unstake burn decreases as the stake moves through the documented age tiers.

Multiple Stakes

Each stake position ages independently, so a newly created stake does not inherit the age of an older position. Review each position before unstaking.

Stars

Verified active ATLAS staking can also earn Atlas Stars under the current Season 1 rules. Stars accounting is separate from protocol staking rewards.
